MY STORY

I am a stay-home mum with a few passions in my life. My first one is named Lucas, definetly my better half. My biggest one is my children, Joao Arthur and Maria. My other passion is baking, where I can express whom I am, my inner me, where I can be just Carol. Not mummy or Xu (our cute nickname). Just Carol. Just Ms Sugar. 

 

In my kitchen I only use the freshest and primest ingredients available, and I believe that is the key to rich and tasteful flavour in every cake I make. The secret however is love, lots and lots of love. And also condensed milk! If you know me you know how much I am obsessed about it. 

 

Ms Sugar's products are diferent because I try to incorporate recipes from my childhood into my creations, flavours full of good memories and laughter. That's where the love of baking comes from. And it will never end. So let's get baking!
